Has owned a proposition end to end—the research, the uncomfortable trade-off, and defending the choice in front of a board.
Premotion brings together independent specialists through events, conversations and shared work.
When a project takes shape, the team is chosen for relevant experience, clear responsibility and the ability to work well with the client and with one another.
These profiles represent the practices Premotion brings into project teams and keeps expanding through the wider collective.

Builds identity, creative and interface systems that other teams can use correctly without the author in the room.
Turns real expertise into messaging and a production plan, and can direct writers, designers and editors while it is made.
Websites, platforms, commerce and the integrations behind them. Owns the architecture and still ships the work.
Acquisition through to lifecycle, with measurement they can defend under questioning rather than decorate a deck with.
Keeps integrated work moving—scope, partners, pace, and the awkward conversation that protects the deadline.
Depth in one practice beats availability across six.
Premotion has spoken at and contributed to talks, workshops and hangouts where practical experience could be shared and new working relationships could begin.

Talk
Jaz Hotel Mariatrink, Windmühlgasse 28, 1060 Vienna
A breakfast talk for Vienna’s startup community led by Raffael Prätterhoffer of Premotion. The session moved beyond general AI enthusiasm into practical tools, data-led decisions and automation, then opened the room to compare how founders were already using AI—from everyday administration to end-to-end process and analysis workflows. Breakfast and discussion turned the subject into an honest exchange of approaches, questions and potential collaborations.

Vienna
Raffael Prätterhoffer took the room beyond familiar tools such as ChatGPT to explore where AI creates practical value for smaller companies: automation, decision support and process optimisation. The talk offered concrete starting points, then opened into a discussion that made one thing clear—the subject, and the room’s appetite to keep working on it, was far from exhausted. That momentum led into a second Welcome Founder session two weeks later.

Read the organiser's recapA Premotion event is not built around passive networking. It gives people something useful to think about, something practical to do together and enough time to understand who else is in the room.
That shared experience makes later collaboration easier: people have seen how one another ask questions, share expertise and contribute.
See upcoming eventsA practitioner opens with a real challenge, decision or lesson from work they have done—not a broad tour of the topic.
The room tests the idea through a prompt, exercise, discussion or live build. Contribution matters more than performance.
Short introductions reveal the experience, interests and questions present, so people know who they are learning alongside.
Dedicated time to compare notes, follow a thread and discover who you might want to know—or work with—next.
